The young and celebrated Italian actor Mattia Carrano has arrived in Sarajevo, expressing his excitement to explore and get to know the city.
The 15th Telemach Youth Film Festival in Sarajevo is gradually approaching its conclusion. Tomorrow, visitors can expect numerous activities, film screenings, and two significant music events: a concert by the band Letu štuke and the OFF Buzz/After Party at the Closing Central Clubbing.
Before that, at 20:30, the famous festival location Vils Summer Screen will host the Red Carpet event, and the awards ceremony will precede the official closing of the 15th Telemach Youth Film Festival.
The star of the evening will be one of Italy's most renowned young actors, Mattia Carrano, who arrived at Sarajevo Airport a few hours ago. At the awards ceremony, he will receive the Festival's ring for "Best New Appearance."
Festival Director Kenan Musić stated that Carrano is an actor who will become a prominent figure in European and global cinema in the coming years.
"After last year's success with Andre Lamoglia, the star of Netflix's series 'Elite,' who won the hearts of OFF visitors, it is our honor to have another young, promising star among our special guests this year. I am sure that his time is yet to come," Musić said to Klix.
Mattia Carrano, 22, appeared in the first season of the Amazon series "Prisma," which has already garnered millions of views.
"I have just arrived in Sarajevo, so I will take this opportunity to explore the city and get to know Sarajevo. It is essential that during such festivals, we get to know new cultures, new people, and broaden our horizons," Carrano said.
