Volunteers are an essential part of the Telemach Youth Film Festival Sarajevo team. More importantly, they are a vital and irreplaceable part of the Festival itself.
Once again this year, the Telemach Youth Film Festival Sarajevo offers a range of exciting volunteer opportunities for all film enthusiasts who want to experience firsthand how a cultural event like this is organized. A special charm lies in the Telemach OFF team itself, made up of young professionals with an average age of 26.
We believe this call is an ideal opportunity, as the Festival is looking for a dedicated team of volunteers ready to jump in wherever needed before and during the event. The Festival offers hands-on experience, free access to screenings, a positive work environment, and plenty of fun! Experience from previous years shows that 3 out of 10 volunteers land their first job or paid engagement within two years of volunteering at OFF — a fact confirmed by some of our current department heads who have been with Telemach OFF for five, six, or more years!
